Yes – filming, AI visualisation, website, graphic design, all me. The whole campaign in one head: no agency telephone game between five teams, and no chance of the print work speaking a different language from the website.
I work to a fixed project price, VAT-exempt – what you see is what you pay. Prices are in Hungarian forint; I am happy to quote in euros. My 2026 introductory rates: property photography HUF 4,500 per image (you choose which ones I finish), AI visualisation HUF 10,000 per image, AI visualisation video HUF 15,000 per scene (5 scenes cut into a finished 30-second clip: HUF 69,000), property video from HUF 75,000, Reels package from HUF 95,000, a simple landing page from HUF 200,000, a brand film from HUF 260,000, a full campaign (video + AI + web + design) from HUF 1.2 million. Drone footage is a separate item: +HUF 50,000. You get a concrete quote within 3 days of our meeting – no agency margin, no subcontractor chain.
An average project takes 3–4 weeks. The Zátonyerdő campaign was exactly 3 weeks from the first meeting to launch. It can be done faster in a rush, but not at the expense of quality.
Both work. If you only need the video, the AI render or the website, that is fine. The full package pays off where you need one campaign voice across every channel – that is where one person beats four suppliers: one meeting, one deadline, one invoice.
There is a feedback round in every phase – at the concept, at the raw material, at the refinement. I respond to change requests within 24 hours. We work until the result sits where it should.
Yes. Budapest is my base, but I travel anywhere in the country – the Zátonyerdő shoot, for instance, was at Lake Tisza. Travel is a transparent line in the quote. I also work abroad by arrangement.
You do. You get unlimited usage rights to everything delivered – online, in print, and for later reuse. One exception: I show the work in my own portfolio, unless you ask me not to.
