Corvin Sétány × Cordia – A two-part professional interview series

An international property developer, two company directors, one external expert and one furnished flat. Shoot, lighting, interview, editing, animation – the material took shape over seven months and came out in two parts.

Property specialist Márton Mlinárik made a two-part interview with Cordia's chief architect and sales director. My part: shoot, lighting, microphones, editing, colour grading, animation, archive integration.

Editing and animation

In the finished film, location footage, interviews and animated graphics alternate. Statistic cards, section titles, name captions – every moving-image element made in-house, from Cordia's presence in 8 countries to its share of the Budapest new-build market.

Archive integration

Old Budapest footage found its way into the visual arc of the film – archive material supplied by Cordia – establishing the historical context of the urban fabric before Corvin Sétány. Cutting these images in and treating them in period style was part of the post-production.
