The marketing engine behind an estate agent team – continuously, for six years.
Egylet is a 10–15 strong premium-segment estate agent team – they work with their own home stager and photographer. I have been Egylet.hu Média's regular videographer since March 2020.
The team needed a permanent pair of video hands – new properties constantly, campaigns periodically, one consistent visual language over years. In six years 100+ property videos have been made, plus four comprehensive service films that walk through everything from the cleaning to the 3D tour, and which they still run today as an introduction to new properties. The four-part team portrait series (Tóth Róbert, Kovács Attila, Virág Attila, Gyuricza Andre) and the agents' marketing materials – banner, flyer, business cards in four colour variants – also came from me. Four of the 10–15 strong team asked for a new profile shot: Tóth Róbert, Kovács Attila, Virág Attila and Gyuricza Andre. One session, one lighting setup, one black background – so every profile picture speaks the same visual language across listings, websites and business cards.

Four comprehensive service films that follow the entire process: from the cleaning through the staging, home styling, photography and video to the 3D tour and the drone footage. The timelapse scenes (empty flat → staged property) and the animated captions are what made this Egylet's visual language. The four films still run today as introductions to new properties. Over six years, 100+ property films have been made in total.
