The video engine behind a professional community – event film and a video workshop.
Etikus Ingatlanos is a nationwide professional community of estate agents. I shot the mood film of their 2024 goulash cook-off and sports day – and a year later they learned phone videography from me at a sold-out workshop.
Two jobs, one community. In spring 2024 I filmed at a waterside sports day: cauldrons, table tennis, kayaks, 40 estate agents in front of the camera for a day – which became the 7-minute event film. Then on 22 October 2025 I ran a 5.5-hour workshop for the same community titled "Video from an estate agent's point of view" – the in-person places sold out within a week, and close to 50 agents took part in the room and online combined.
One day, one waterside location, 40 estate agents – and a single camera that is everywhere: at the cauldrons, at the table tennis, in the kayak on the water, at the team photo. With event video there is no second take: you catch the moment, you don't stage it. I moved among the guests on a gimbal so the film gives back what they felt – in 4K, from a single shoot day.

The 7-minute film follows the arc of the day: arrival, cooking, sport, prize-giving. Fast-cut montages set to music alternate with slower, human moments – that is what makes the community feel it is theirs. The colour grading strengthens the summer waterside light with one consistent cinematic tone. The video still runs on the community's YouTube channel and in its Facebook group: it is the community's calling card for new members.

"Video from an estate agent's point of view" – a 5.5-hour workshop for estate agents on how to make credible video on a phone, without professional kit or a big budget. Kit, composition, lighting and sound, CapCut post-production, colour temperature – with practice: the participants filmed on the spot. The in-person places sold out a week after the announcement, and the workshop also ran online (Zoom) – close to 50 estate agents learned in the room and online combined.
